Delivery
- UK Standard (3-5 working days) - from £5.95
- Rest of World - calculated per order*
*Duties and taxes are not included and if incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations before placing an order.
Orders are dispatched on Monday - Friday weekly (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties
Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs and we do not take responsibility for any charges imposed. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you are unhappy with an item, we are willing to refund provided that the item(s) is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt*.
Please follow the instructions in the Returns form provided.
We offer one free UK Return or Exchange per order on full price items only.
For international & sale orders, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Please return your item(s) including all original packaging to Carrier 3PL, Dida Ritchie, Westacott Road, Barnstable, EX32 8AW, United Kingdom.
Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office/Courier for your returned item(s), as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email - hello@didaritchie.com.
*this excludes made to order items, sale items and items from the outlet.
If non-refundable items are returned, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve/pay for return postage or we will donate the item to charity.
For Exchanges, please get in touch with us via hello@didaritchie.com to arrange an exchange. Please note we can only offer one exchange per an order for UK customers. We cannot offer exchanges on international orders. Instead, please re-order your replacement style.
